Terms And Conditions

If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the website and leave immediately.

You agree to not use the website for any illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws as stated.

You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

A cancellation fee applies to all bookings at a fixed price of £49 if for any reason the booking does not go ahead on the clients behalf. On this basis card details are asked from the client, by agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you allow a payment of the stated amount to be taken if such event occurs. Once the booking is over all details will be destroyed.

Our no fix no fee policy applies to no workmanship carried out upon arrival to the job, if the engineer is instructed to do any workmanship or is at the property over 15 minutes we then charge this at a fixed rate of £49.00.

A transaction fee applies on the following payment methods:

VISA - £4.50
MASTERCARD - £5.50
For VISA, any payments over £90 will incur a card fee will be 5% of the total value of the job including VAT.
For MASTERCARD, any payments over £75 will incur a card fee of 7.5% of the total value of the job including VAT.

If payment for parking is required clients must cover this cost

Please be aware that if any workmanship is carried out once the engineer has left the property by a third party or client (you) then this invalidates any warranty.

Limited Liability to any Damage
Value of any damage as a result of any workmanship directly in directly is limited to in full to the value of the time of the total job as per our published price list or £100 whichever is lower. The client agrees to accept this as full and final settlement for all claims on a per job basis.

Defects Policy
Any defects must be raised within 7days.
